Not much to do outside so I have been working on my family tree.  It takes a long time to do even one line and boy is it hard on the eyes so I can’t work long at a time.   I still have alot of people to put on and stories to tell so will be working on it whenever I can until we leave.    Have a great day.

May 2  Thur.  Plesant & cloudy  I been puting in wood  to the shed to day  Guy in the shop   Dora cleaning House   very cold weather for the season

May 3  Fri.  Plesant but Cool   I worked on chair Backs   did not work on the wood   Guy in the shop   Dora cleaning House   Joseph Scofield come to day   going to Board with Dora   he is agoing to work for George Knowlton   get $2.25 pr day

May 4  Sat  Plesant  Put wood into shed   Herman helped me   Guy Painted in side his Boat  no work in the shop

May 5  Sun.  Cloudy   all went to Church   going this Eve   Dora Guy Fred Emery Miss Alice gon up to Childs Mantion

May 6  Mon.  Rainey day  Dora washed but did not hang her clothes out   I work on chair Backs   Guy in the shop

May 7  Tues.  Cloudy   Dora hung her cloths to day   Guy in the shop 1.75   I woked on chair Backs    Herman stayes with Mrs Wildard

May 8  Wed.  Cloudy & rain    George Davis Papered Guy & Hermans Bedroom    he gave his work & Dore found the Paper   the society can not find fault with that work

May 9  Thur.  Cloudy with Thunder & Lightning a very bad shower   I worked on Backs    Guy in the shop  $1.96   that is good work

May 10  Fri.  Plesant part Cloud   I worked on C B    Dora helped Mrs NcComb    Paper Mrs Helpin rooms   Miss Allios & Fred Emery gon to Hancock to a dance

May 11   Sat.  Plesant   The first Spring day we have had this spring   Put wood into the shed    Guy finished Painting his Boat   he has got a good one

May 12  Sun.  Cloudy & rain    All went to church day & Eve

May 13  Mon.   Cloudy & shower   Dora washed   I a hand & worked on C Backs    Frank Sawyer & my self   got Guy Boat down to the shop so Rob could put an iron on the front part of the Boat

May 14  Tues.  Cloudy & rain   I put wood into the shed   have not Plowed my garding yet   it has been so cold nothing would grow

May 15 Wed.  Cloudy   I worked on chair Backs   Guy in the shop   Dora has got 4 now   has to put up one dinner at 6 in the morning

May 16  Thur.  Rainey day   Mr Yardley House burned this morning   every thing burned up but the Beese and some thing in the barn   no Insurence   died loss   folks all gon    the old chimey the fault

May 17  Fri.   Cloudy & rain   Spring work is all behind   no garding Plowed   I am in hopes it is done raining for a while

May 18  Sat.  Plesant a nice day   Dora & Miss Alice went to Manchester    I worked in the door yard picking up wood and raking up saw dust and wheeling it of    Guy not working to day

May 19  Sun.  Plesant   Boys went to Church   Dora Angie my self stayed a home    all went in the Eve

May 20  Mon.  Cloudy & rain   Dora washed   I got in some wood   worked on Chair Backs    Dora & Guy birth day

May 21  Tues.  Cloudy & rain   had a Thunder storm last night & we are a thunder to night   big rain    I supose Kitherson was Put into the Death chair this morning

May 22  Wed.   Cloudy   Worked on Backs   Guy in the shop   have not Plowed the garning yet  it is too wet to Plow

May 23  Thur.  Cloudy  I worked on Backs   Guy in the shop    his work to day $2.15  that good for Boy 15 years old the 20 of this month

May 24  Fri.  Cloudy  nice and warm   it has dried the ground so we can Plow our garding   no garding made yet

May 25  Sat.  Plesant   worked on Backs   Cleaned up the door yard   got in the last of the wood   Guy did not work to day

May 26  Plesant   all went to Church & in the Eve   Dora went with Tom Campbel over the Nub House   Mc View or McKey   Miss Alice gone with them  not got back yet   now it is 9 0c

May 27 Mon.  Plesant   dora washed big one   I helped do the work   worked on Backs

May 28  Tues.  Plesant  Guy in the shop   I worked on Backs   Dora cooked all day from morn till night   got some to eat now    she has gone with Miss Allice for a walk

May 29  Wed.  Cloudy   I worked on Backs   Guy in the shop     it rained to Night

May 30   Thur.  Cloudy & rain   bad day to be out   I worked on Backs   Boys went a fishing    got a few Perch   Herman gon up to stay with Mrs. Willard

May 31  Fri.  Cloudy & Cold   Rained a part of the time   I worked on Backs   it is a bad day to be out with a Team
