Went into the Farmer’s Market today and got some more mustard greens and some turnip greens. Now I am drying them. I like to use the dried greens to season most anything I fry or stew. They are great on salmon either fried or baked. Chris uses them on the salmon he does on the grill and it is outstanding! Heard from Nancy and she is doing well but winter is coming to New Hampshire so I am glad I am not there. It is cool enough here for me.
