We are slowly getting there. Our neighbor is home at last so we could ask her if she can use any of the pieces that we can’t use. She just bought a sleep sofa so can’t use that but does want the recliner and the big TV table which is a help for us. Then we called the Salvation Army about taking the sleep sofa and the dinning room table and four chairs. I think I can use Nana’s coffee table and Norman will put the Kia end tables up in the attic for Tyler when he moves out to his own place. Then we will need a desk and two gossip chairs and we will be done!! I have unpacked and put away all the boxes that were in the living room and Norman has all the boxes done that were in the garage. Now I have to start in on my craft room. Once I get a spot to put all the boxes I have done for White City for sale, I think this will be fairly easy.
As you can see the whole room is stuffed , these are the two sides and the closet is the same but many of these boxes are for White City, headed for sale as soon as there is room on my shelves. I do hope things sell fast. I have put the price down very low so maybe it will. You remember what the living room looked like before. Now it is cleaned out pretty good
The doubler recliner will be moved back, away from the TV as soon as the Salvation Army comes and removes the sleep sofa which is now behind the recliners. The other side of the room is empty except a small book case.
Today we went down to get new glasses for Norman but we find he needs some one better than the Walmart office has to offer. With the shots he has and the one eye with a destroyed retina he needed more of a specialist to get glass that will help him pass an eye test for the driver’s test. He has an apartment with the same office as his shots. We are almost done with this phase of our move. Tomorrow morning we will go to Patty’s house and help her get Becca’s three kids ready for school. Becca has to go to work very early so she can get out in the afternoon in time to pick them up at school. So at 6:15 tomorrow morning we will meet them at Patty’s and each of us will take a child and feed them and get them ready for school. Then Patty will take all three and drop of the twins at one school and Gina at another one. Last year Patty only had to get one ready but this year the bus company didn’t work out a ride for the twins so until they work it out to pick them up at the baby sitter, we will help Patty get all three ready.
Have a great day!
