Still cold, yesterday we got up to 40 late in the day, but the sun made it feel better. I burned and then finished weeding the onions. Norman tilled and weeded the potato patch. We will have four 24 foot rows ready to plant tomorrow. If that is not enough he has room to put in one more row, we will see today when I cut the potatoes. It is very cold this morning 20 degrees but they call for a quick warm up and then for it to stay warm for about a week. I hope so as the peaches are starting to bloom and I don’t know how much of this cold they can take before dieing. The pears look like they will have a good crop if we can get some warm weather. No sign yet on the apples. Joe called and said his store here in Jasper, TN will open July 2nd. He and the family will be here soon, can’t wait!!
